120℃ High Temperature Resistance
Withstands direct casting at 120℃ without permanent deformation. The model softens slightly under heat but returns to original shape after cooling, ensuring perfect replication of edges and tissue surfaces. No secondary adjustment of the denture base is required.
0.4% Ultra-Low Warpage
Full-arch models maintain excellent accuracy with warpage rate below 0.4%. Better base-to-mucosa adhesion reduces patient foreign-body sensation and saves approximately 30% of chairside adjustment time.
Water Absorption < 0.5%
Extremely low water absorption prevents deformation during steam cleaning. Models can be reused for multiple casting batches (typically 2–3 times), reducing material consumption and production time.
Low demolding resistance allows the denture base to separate cleanly with minimal force. Casting cycle time can be reduced from about 2 hours to 1 hour per batch, significantly improving laboratory throughput.
